Use these when you want a better grip on a weight bar, and to help take stress off your wrists and arms.
Great for exercises such as dead-lifts and dumbbell curls.
Pass the strap’s tail through the existing loop. Place the large loop you have just made, over your wrist. Start to wind the tail around the bar, whilst keeping it in check with your fingers.
Make sure the strap is comfortable against your wrist, and the strap tail is fully wound around the bar and it is trapped between your wrist and the bar.
Good to go.
