Lachie’s Laces Yellow
Lachie’s Laces are vibrant yellow shoelaces that have been created in memory of Lachie Sutherland, a beautiful, bright boy who died from cancer in 2020, aged 12.
You can wear Lachie’s Laces anytime you like – heck we’d encourage you to wear them every day!
But Lachie’s Laces official days are September 24th and 25th. Lachie’s birthday is September 25th – this year he would have been 14.
So, if your school or workplace are jumping on board, then Friday 24th is the day to go yellow and Saturday 25th is the perfect day for all you sportsmen and sportswomen.
Why Lachie's Laces?
Throughout his short life, Lachie managed to leave a mark. A wise head on a young body, he lived with an awareness of life’s fragility and the need to seize opportunities while showing kindness and generosity of spirit.
Lachie’s Laces is a way of capturing his beautiful spirit and the values he lived by. It’s a way to honour his memory every year and support the Child Cancer Foundation and the amazing work they do.
Celebrate Lachie’s Laces on September 24th/25th.
All profits are donated to the Child Cancer Socity NZ.
PLEASE NOTE THAT FROM TIME TO TIME WE MAY HAVE DISCOUNTS AND SALES ON OUR STOCK, BUT LACHIES LACES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN PROMOTIONS, BECAUSE ALL PROFTS ARE FOR CHILD CANCER SOCIETY
