The GEL-Pulse 7 is a running shoe for neutral foot types. Built on a SpEVA midsole for excellent bounce back and efficient propulsion, this shoe has also been reengineered with a new rearfoot and forefoot set up. A Guidance Trusstic delivers an efficient gait and provides stability to the midfoot, while better forefoot flexibility coupled with GEL units in the forefoot and rearfoot delivers improved performance and ride quality.

-          AHAR - ASICS High Abrasion Resistant rubber on the outersole.Helps cut down on excessive wear

-          AHAR Ride+ - New blown AHAR outsole material. Delivers enhanced cushioning, durability and ride to forefoot

-          Guidance Trusstic - This new Trusstic System integrates Guidance Line construction providing enhanced gait efficiency and structural integrity to the midfoot.

-          Guidance Line - Longitudinal groove that decouples tooling along the line of progression for enhanced gait efficiency

-          Gel (Front & Rear) - Shock absorbing material placed in midsole of shoe. Shape of units designed for special function

-          Discreet Sole - An more flexible outsole construction that utilises discreet pods to allow more natural function of the foot on uneven surfaces.

-          SpEVA Midsole - Midsole material that improves bounce back characteristics and decrease midsole breakdown

-          SpEVA 45 Lasting - Employs 45 degree hardness SpEVA Lasting material for soft platform feel

-          Removable Sockliner - An EVA or SpEVA sockliner moulded to the shape of the foot, which can be removed to accommodate a medical orthotic

-          3M Reflectivity - Contains reflective materials designed to enhance visibility during low-light hours
